enXco Signs Power Purchase Agreement for Shiloh III Wind Power Project

enXco will develop, build, and own the Shiloh III Wind turbines project while Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) will purchase the power generated under a 20-year power purchase agreement. The wind energy project will be operated and maintained by enXco Service Corporation.

“Shiloh III represents enXco’s fourth wind farm project in the Montezuma Hills Wind Resource Area and follows on the 150 MW Shiloh II Wind Project, which was commissioned in 2009. We are pleased to extend an already successful relationship with PG&E and to support their strategy to meet future power needs with clean energy solutions,” said Tristan Grimbert, president & CEO of enXco.

The Shiloh III Wind Power Project, subject to the approval of the CPUC, is expected to generate clean electricity for approximately 35,000 homes.
