Wind energy Enercon presents new wind turbines E-101 at Hanover Fair

The new E-101 will be ENERCON’s main attraction at this year’s Hanover Fair (4-8 April). At their stand in Hall 27, the Aurich-based wind power manufacturer will be exhibiting a complete machine house of their latest addition to the ENERCON products.

Specially conceived for inland wind farm sites with light winds, high efficiency and simplified maintenance were some of the key factors in the development of this revolutionary 3 MW wind turbine. In ENERCON’s product range, this new machine complements the E-82/3 MW designed for IEC Wind Classes I and II.

The components of the E-101 nacelle (250 ton, 10 metres high) arrived pre-assembled at the fair grounds and have already been set-up on-site. There, visitors will be able to get a close-up look at ENERCON’s most recent development.

Occupying a space of more than 600 square metres, the ENERCON stand is one of the largest at the fair. Jobseekers will also find a stand at the Job Career Market in Hall 7 where they can drop by and get comprehensive information on career opportunities at ENERCON.
