Wind energy in Mexico: Suzlon enters the wind power sector

Erik Winther Petersen, CEO of Suzlon for business in Latin America, said his plans include wind farm projects in Mexico in the states of Baja California, Oaxaca and northeastern region.

According to the executive, last week held a meeting with Secretary of Energy, Jordy Herrera, which began to outline the structure of work, timing and amount of investment necessary for this macro wind energy project, for which there are companies interested in partnering with them.
